PVC granules are produced exclusively from recovered and processed industrial waste, taking care to reuse it based on waste origin. Specifically, piping waste will be used to produce firm PVC granules suitable for piping production, while fixture waste will be used for the same production. PVC granule types depend on the mineral compound it contains, the stabilisers, requested colour and end use. Specifically, we have granules for extrusion in firm or flexible PVC as well as for injection.
PP post industrial
PP granules from industrial waste are produced through twin screw extrusion which blends this industrial waste according to standard solutions or client requests. This way, true compounds can be created, leading to the modification of the elastic modulus, the Izod impact, colour, density, fluidity and other parameters which the client requests. We can produce granules for aesthetic applications, without even neutral odours. Devising the best solutions always begins with client needs in relation to the expected outcome of the finished product. Packaging comes in BBs or 25kg sacks.
PP post consumption
The production of PP granules deriving from post-consumption begins with flexible and firm foodstuff packaging which is selected during the sorting of household waste. Packaging is split up into types and by characteristics, ground, washed, densified and granulated. This last phase allows for the creation of granule types with different characteristics according to the input issued to the two screw extruders. Specifically, PP/PE compounds are produced with different PP percentages, from 15% to 90%, with the possibility of adding mineral compounds with CaCO3 or talc in standard solutions. Furthermore, a family of PP granules with better technical features, with reduced odour and a wide range of dark colours. Packaging in anonymous BBs.
LDPE granules are produced with twin screw extruders with double filter through industrial film processing, deriving from sorted waste. Processing involves film collection, type and colour selection, grinding, washing, densification and then extrusion. The granules are split up into application types and granule quality changes based on intended use, in particular, they are different in terms of MFI, filtration (from 100 to 250 microns) and base colour. They are used in industrial film, for construction, rubbish bags, WPC, sandwich panels, and moulding buckets, plant pots and other articles. Packaging comes in 1200kg BBs.
HDPE granules come from sorted household waste, in particular, detergent bottles for extrusion or lids and multiuse crates for moulding. The bottles are collected, ground, washed, separated by optical reader machinery and extruded in compliance with solutions which consider low PP % (normally within 2%), the density, an excellent filtration ranging from 60 to 100 microns and the final colouring of the granule according to the client's request. There are light-coloured granules (with whites, reds, yellows, blues, etc.) and dark-coloured granules with different shades. They are used to produce detergent or industrial bottles with a 0.5 to 20-litre capacity, 100% or mixed with virgin materials, corrugated and plain piping with solutions for outdoor and indoor walls, film with an LLD-virgin compound producing thicknesses of 10-15 micron, flexible membranes, profiles, etc. As regards HDPE for moulding, different colours of granules can be produced, from MFI 2 to MFI 8, with filtrations depending on the end product to be moulded. Once more the processing cycle involves grinding, washing and then extrusion. Packaging in 1200Kg B DA.

PA 6 and 66
These products have excellent impact and abrasion resistance and are compounded through production waste collection, grinding, and extrusion. We can produce plumbing in fibreglass in different percentages to increase their mechanic features. Used in the automobile, electric, clothing and attachment sectors, arriving as processing waste from the same. Different colours available in accordance with client needs. Packaging comes in 25 kg sacks.
The PS produced is formed of various families, such as PS, HIPS and GPPS. Production of the relative granules involves the recovery of production and foodstuff waste which are kept separate, creating solutions suited to different kinds of applications. The market predominantly requests the colours white, black, grey and orange. Depending on the end colours and mechanical features, a part of virgin material can be mixed into the granulation solution. The main sectors of use are packaging, plant pots, insulation, household appliances, electrics and fashion accessories. Packaging in BBs and 25 kg sacks.
ABS is a mix of thermoplastic resin and an elastomer which gives the product excellent technical features such as its great firmness, abrasion resistance and heat exchange even at low temperatures). The ABS granules are produced using industrial waste from the automobile, furnishings and sheet industries. Before processing, the input is separated in terms of technical features and colour, then ground and granulated, depending on the product, with 100micron filters. ABS is produced by thermoforming, extrusion and moulding, with different technical features in accordance with the client's requests. Packaging comes in 25 kg sacks or BBs.
The granule is produced through polyethylene extrusion from film or calcium oxide in order to create an agent which absorbs humidity and is, thus, suitable for improving the appearance of products from moulded, extrusion and film. Normally used in percentages which vary from 0.5 to 1.5% like a normal master. Using greater percentages is not recommended due to the possible worsening of product mechanical features. Once opened, the sack must be used immediately, since it has a residual shelf life of no more than 24 hours. The packaging is vacuum packed sacks, weighing 5 or 25 kg.
The grinds are split into two large families: the first concerns processing industrial waste via the collection and grinding of different types, such as PP-HDPE- ABS-LDPE and other technical plastics. While the second family regards the selection, washing and grinding of sorted waste to create PP-HDPE-LDPE grinds.
